anti-mouse podoplanin-PE
Overview
Description:
Podoplanin is a well-recognized lymphatic endothelium marker, which can be used to reliably distinguish lymphatic vessels from blood vessels. This hamster monoclonal antibody recognizes the mouse podoplanin on cell surfaces. Protein G purified IgG was conjugated with Phycoerythrin (R-PE). Host Species: Syrian hamster Buffer: PBS and 50% glycerol Formulation: Purified IgG Stability: The antibody should be stored in at -20°C. It is stable for at least 12 months. Cross-Reactivity: The antibody does not cross-react with human podoplanin. Other species not tested. Specificity: The PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody will detect podoplanin on the surface of mouse lymphatic endothelial cells and some epithelial cell types by immunostaining or FACS without the need to use a secondary antibody. Immunostaining: Use 1:50 to 1:200 dilution FACS: Use 1:100 dilution or more Usage: This antibody is offered for lab research use only. Not for human use! Image
