The blood vascular and lymphatic systems play important
roles in tissue homeostasis and immune function. Growth of blood vessels,
or angiogenesis, is required for tumor growth while lymphatic system
is the primary route for carcinoma metastasis. Recently there is great
interest in studying tumor lymphangiogenesis. Antibodies that can
reliably distinguish lymphatic vessels from blood vessels at the histology
level are valuable tools for such studies.
AngioBio now offers a complete series of antibodies against lymphatic
markers Prox1, podoplanin, LYVE-1 and VEGFR3, most working well
with formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) sections. They have
been tested and used with great success in histology and research
labs.

Other products for lymphangiogenesis research include lymphatic
endothelial growth factors VEGF-C(wild type), VEGF-C152S
(binds Flt4 only), VEGF-E, soluble receptor sFlt4-Fc(which
can be used as an inhibitor).
AngioBio has arrays of products for angiogenesis research. Most
of our antibodies have been lab-tested to work for staining of FFPE
sections, flow cytometry, Western blot or other application as specified.
Antibodies against endothelial markers CD31, CD34, endoglin, VEGF
isoforms, VEGFRs and much more are available. Please see Catalog
